This document is the Return Material Authorization (RMA) policy.

When any product is returned to BTG IoT 4G Technology for any reason, it must be shipped under an RMA number, which can be obtained through your account agent. In order to obtain an RMA number, please proceed with the following steps:

  • Fill in the form provided on this website
  • Make sure you meet all the requirements
  • Ship the teams following the instructions of your account agent.

NOTE: Units returned to BTG IoT 4G Technology cannot be exchanged if the web format has not been completed or an authorization number has not been obtained for the RMA process.

Once the units are received, they will be confirmed by BTG IoT 4G Technology with the RMA confirmation. The replaced units will be shipped back to the customer with the equipment damage report.

The limit of the warranty period is 1 year from the time of invoice of the equipment.

The RMA program is only valid only for units with production dates no older than 1 year.

In the event that your equipment does not work properly due to defects in the materials or workmanship of the device, BTG IoT 4G Technology at its own discretion will replace with a new product.

The warranty will not apply to products that have been modified, combined with other products, or used improperly.
